HOW BIG IS A WATER SOFTENER?

A water softener usually has a length of 40 centimeters or more. The water softener must be placed in front of the water meter and can therefore take up quite a bit of space. However, you often cannot do without a water softener. Fortunately, there is a smaller alternative, namely the Amfa4000®. This is an anti-limescale system that is about the size of your palm. You can easily install this device yourself on your water pipe. This can also be done after the water meter. The Amfa4000® is therefore an excellent alternative to a water softener. Not only is this anti-limescale system much smaller than a water softener, but the Amfa4000®  also requires no maintenance at all. A traditional water softener does have a salt reservoir that must be filled regularly.
