Waterontharder4u.nl attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Waterontharder4u.nl complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.  This means that in any case we have:

PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA.

Personal data of customers is processed by Waterontharder4u.nl for the following purpose(s):

-        Administrative purpose;

-        Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;

-        Carrying out or issuing an order.

The basis for this personal data is:

-        The agreed assignment;

FULFILL ORDER 

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your payment details, date of birth, name and address details, gender, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information for six months after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).

PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

-        Providing the internet environment of the GDPR program;

-        Taking care of the (financial) administration;

-        Providing newsletters and invitations.

-        Handling the payments.

-        Processing orders.

-        Handling customer contact for the purpose of service provision.

-        Providing tailor-made advertisements.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement.We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

COOKIES

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our online store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.

DISCLAIMER

Waterontharder4u.nl  is entitled to change the content of the Privacy Statement without notifying the visitor. Implementing the change on the website is sufficient for this.

WITHIN THE EU

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

MINORS

We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

RETENTION PERIOD

Waterontharder4u.nl does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.
